Deploying an External Service for Chat Operations

To configure the "Widget" chat channel, you need to deploy an external service before beginning channel setup.

To set up an on-site widget service (on your own servers), you need to have a server from which you can access Creatio.

How to deploy the widget service can be found in the instructions:

Adding a New Chat Channel – Widget

To add new chats, the standard functionality of Creatio is used. Full information is available at the provided link.

To add the Widget channel, go to the "System Designer" and, in the "Import and Integrations" block, select "Chat Settings."
