Sales'Up Widget Chat Channel for Creatio is a convenient solution for integrating a chat widget on a website with the Creatio system, eliminating the need for third-party platforms to set up the widget. This product enables companies to configure a chat directly on their site and efficiently manage customer communications in real time through Creatio
To install packages, go to «System Designer» and select «Application Hub» (Picture 1.1)

On the «Application Hub» page, click «New Application» (Picture 1.2), then «Marketplace powered» (Picture 1.3), enter the booth address, and click «Install».

If you are installing a product package from a file, you must request an up-to-date package from Sales’Up support. Next, on the «Application Hub» page, click «Install from file» (Picture 1.3), specify the path to the archive with the package, and complete the installation.
To configure the "Widget" chat channel, you need to deploy an external service before beginning channel setup.
For setting up the external on-site chat widget service (on your own servers), a Windows-based server with access to the Creatio system is required.
