SalesUp Multichannel Chats for Creatio is a product that unifies individual and group chats from external messengers within a single Creatio interface. The solution provides centralized access to all conversations, their history, and context without the need to switch between different applications. It supports the full functionality of a modern chat, including replies to individual messages, reactions (emojis), attachment sharing (images, videos, files), group chats and mentions, with two-way real-time synchronization.

Telegram, Microsoft Teams, and Slack channels support group chats with multiple participants. Viber, WhatsApp, support private conversations only (a platform limitation: group chats are not available in the business APIs of these messengers). Internal chats between system users are also available, held within Creatio without going out to external channels.

The product allows you to:

• communicate with external participants and employees in a single Creatio interface, synchronized with the messenger itself;
• link chats to system objects — accounts, cases, orders, invoices, activities — with automatic display of linked chats on the object page;
• automatically link chat participants to contacts and accounts in Creatio;
• launch Creatio business processes from a chat or from a specific message (for example, create a case in two clicks from a client's text);
• send messages to a chat from any business process via a dedicated process element;
• manage access to chat functionality at the user role level.
