License management

To begin your work with licenses, go to the system designer. In the “SalesUp System setup” block of the system designer, go to the “Sales’Up License manager”.

When opening the license manager for the first time, the warning “Site address system setting is invalid” appears on the page. This process adapts the current site mask for compatibility with the license manager so that a direct request can be made from this environment.

To set the correct value, click “Set correct value.”

The “Help” button helps users get started with the product. Clicking on it displays information with a brief description of the product and a link to the instructions.

On the License Manager’s page, the following elements are available:

  1. The «Send notifications to system administrators» checkbox If the checkbox is activated, system administrators will receive notifications about the absence of the licenses after they expire.
  2. The "Current site address" and "Licensing company ID" fields display information about the site URL on the Customer ID for the website.

Request licenses

The function allows you to independently create a request for a trial license for the installed product. To request a trial license, click the "Request licenses" button.

In the modal window that opens, select the product for which you need to generate a license, company name, full name, job title and email for communication and click the "Submit" button.
