Sales’Up License manager for Creatio is a tool that allows you to manage purchased products’ licenses of the Sales’Up company. License manager is automatically added after installing paid products manually from the file or from Creatio Marketplace, giving an opportunity to install, delete, update product licenses or create requests for a 2-weeks trial license.
To begin your work with licenses, go to the system designer. In the “System setup” or “SalesUp System setup” block of the system designer, go to the “Sales’Up License manager”.
On the License Manager’s page, the following elements are available:
The function allows you to independently create a request for a trial license for the installed product. To request a trial license, click the "Request licenses" button. In the modal window that opens, select the product for which you need to generate a license, company name, and email for communication and click the "Submit" button. As a result, a temporary license valid for 14 days will be automatically generated and installed for the selected product.
The function helps to quickly and conveniently clear licenses for Sales'Up products that have been installed on the site. In order to clear previously installed licenses for Sales'Up products, click the "Clear licenses" button. The system will show a modal window with a request to confirm an operation. After clearing the licenses, in the Sales'Up license manager, the system will issue a notification about the completion of the operation.
The function helps to update licenses at any time. In case of license extension, the information is updated every hour, but if it is necessary to update the licenses earlier, it can be done by pressing the "Reset licenses" button. After completing the license update, the system will send a notification about the completion of the operation in the Sales'Up license manager.
